Here we have a Vintage circa 1997 Halloween Black Cat in a Jack O Lantern yard sign. Unfortunately it is not marked "Impact Plastics" but, from research we believe it to be from that company. The sign does show some scratches, and signs of wear. It has bright color, and still looks good.
The sign stands 3 foot tall when including from the ground up. The widest point is 17 inches.
