Here is a adorable small childrens size 2 1/2 inches by 3 inches picture frame. It has pink slippers in the right corner, and a heart design. We believe this is vintage from the late 90s. We believe this is a ceramic front to the frame. It would make a wonderful frame. We don't see any chips, or cracks. It has normal signs of wear.
