Brass Tulip Design Candle Holder

Here we have a brass candle holder that we believe resembles a tulip. We think this may have been made by Avon, but not 100% sure. It does have some tarnish in the top, and some along the bottom rim. When it is holding a candle you would hardly notice any tarnish. It is 6 inches tall. The base is 3 1/4 inches. The candle holder will hold a 2 inch diameter candle.
