Here we have a Christmas Tree design item. We are a bit unsure exactly what this is, but leaning towards a 3D Crystal that you would put on a lighted base, or a paper weight, or something to put in a window, and let the sunshine hit it. It stands 4 1/2 inches tall. At the widest point it is 3 3/4 inches.
