Here is "Dan Candy's Law" movie on vhs. It stars Donald Sutherland and more. The video is still sealed in plastic. We beleive this was a resealed vhs tape that was quite common back in the late 90s to early 2000s that large retailers would sell them that way in bins. We strongly don't beleive this to be a manufacturer sealed video because it is missing the watermarks, and seals you would normally see.
