Here is "Dan Candy's Law" movie on VHS. The video is still sealed in plastic. We believe this was a resealed VHS tape that was quite common back in the late 90s to early 2000s that large retailers would sell them that way in bins. We strongly don't believe this to be a manufacturer sealed video because it is missing the watermarks, and seals you would normally see.
