Here is "ESPN Extreme Games" video game for the PlayStation 1 game system. The game comes as disc only, and we put this in a case we had. The case does have cracks though, but does protect the disc. The game has been recently tested, and it works fine. The physical condition of the playing side of the disc does have some scratches. We also took photos showing the game in play.
