Here is an item that has left us somewhat perplexed. It resembles a bracelet with its hook and loop closure, and the puppy head is made of plastic, emitting a rattle sound. The tag indicates it was made for dogs, lions, and bunnies. We believe this to be a toddler's bracelet rattle. The plastic puppy head shows some discoloration and typical signs of wear. The largest wrist diameter is approximately 2 inches. This item is certainly unique and could be a delightful addition to a collection.
