Here is a "Leigh" brand air control 150R brown floor mount register. This is for a 10"X4" duct opening. It says the overall size is 11 3/8 inches by 5 3/8 inches. It says this is prime coated and can be painted to match home decor. It was made in the usa. The register does show some corrosion from storage, but this is a new old store stock item that has never been used, but only stored away.
