Here is a "Leigh" brand floor diffusers, and the duct opening is 12" by 2.25". This is the 150R register. The overall size is 13.31" by 3.56" size. The diffuser is in original retail packaging but, the packaging is pretty much gone. We took some plastic wrap, and rewrapped it around the original. The register does show corrosion, and wear spots. We thought someone may need this. We realize this is far from perfect.
