Lenox Square Ladies Women pants size 10

I have a pair of ladies pants made by "Lenox Square". They are made of 100% Polyester and made in the U.S.A. They are a size 10. The actual measurements I got when measuring the waist was 12 inches so they will fit a 24 inch waist but, they will stretch some as they are an elastic waist. The length I measured down to the groin is 13 inches. The length of the legs from the groin down is 26 inches. They are in excellent condition with no stains, tears, or issues noticed.
