Here is "Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks" video game for the PlayStation 2 game system. The game is disc only in a replacement OEM PlayStation 2 case. The game has been recently tested and works great. The playing side of the disc has some light scratches, and we also noticed front the center there is a few cracks, but they don't reach the date on the disc.

We also took several photos showing the game in play.
