Here is a set of salt & pepper shakers. They are a Mr & Mrs Set. They look like gooses or geese. They do look faded some, and also have some paint loss. They both have the original plugs in the bottom. We don't see any chips or cracks.
The Mr stands about 4 inches tall. The Mrs stands about 3 1/2 inches tall.
