Here is a navy blue piece of fabric. It measures 60 inches by 37 inches, and is at least 1 yard of fabric. We honestly don't know what type of fabric this is. It is stretchy, and has a great look.
The spots you see in some photos was caused by the lighting. It has no stains, tears, or issues noticed.
