Here is "NFL Quarterback Club 99" video game for the nintendo 64 game system. The game has been recently tested and it works great. The front label has some sticker left and also along the top label says "Property of Blockbuster" so this was obviously a previous rental game. The back label shows considerable wear. The circuit board inside has also been cleaned, and we took photos of it as well. The game is authentic. We also took photos showing the game in play.
