Returns are allowed on all products under the below stipulations.
Antiques, Vintage, New & Used General Merchandise items are allowed to be returned up to 10 days after delivery. If an item is described incorrectly, or a flaw was missed by us we will pay shipping both ways and send you a prepaid shipping label. The product must be returned to us in similar condition of when it left us. Returns are not allowed for any reason after 10 days.

If the item is correctly described, and you say don’t like the item for some reason, then we will accept your return but, you will be responsible for shipping costs both directions. The product must be returned to us in similar condition of when it left us. Returns are not allowed for any reason after 10 days.
Electronics, Video Games, are allowed to be returned up to 3 days after delivery. If an item is described incorrectly, or a flaw was missed by us we will pay shipping both ways and send you a prepaid shipping label. Returns are not allowed for any reason after 3 days on Electronics or Video Games. In a lot of cases, we also include videos from YouTube showing some items working, and will be double check again before it is shipped to you.
Electronics, Videos Games are allowed to be returned up to 3 days after delivery if you simply change your mind and no longer want the product. You will be responsible for shipping costs both directions. The product must be returned to us in similar condition of when it left us. Returns on these items are not allowed for any reason after 3 days.
Once a return has been started a shipping label will be provided to you by email. The product must be in transit to us within 7 days after the email from us with the prepaid label is sent to you. If you fail to get the product sent back to us within the 7 days your return request will be denied, and if we happen to receive your item back and you try to send after the 7 days, we will reject your item and mark as return to sender. We are able to check through all major shipping carriers when a package is shipped. For your safety, please make sure you get your package scanned when you drop it off or a receipt, so you have proof that you sent the return in the time allowed. We are giving 7 days because we realize life happens and want to give you some time to ship the return back to us. We will contact you once we receive the return and will issue you your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and dimensions based.
Please also note, that most items we sell are fragile. We will properly pack your purchase with care, and adequate packaging material. We have brand new large, and small bubble wrap. We also have brand new Polly bubble mailers that our books, DVD movies, VHS, and some other items may be shipped in. Please also note for boxes we reuse boxes that we get from a large store in our area. We mark out all previous markings, and do this to help mother earth, and help keep our shipping costs down. We also pack with packaging peanuts or newspaper when it is feasible, and feel it is safe. On some orders we may elect that the package will have signature confirmation to the customer. If you feel we didn't mention something or have questions, please ask.
Please also note we are not perfect and once and a while a product will arrive damaged from shipping. If a product arrives to you damaged from shipping, please let us know right away.
A shipping claim will need to be filed right away through the shipping company to provide us both with a resolution. When we say right away, we mean within the first week of receiving the product. We are not a huge corporation and can’t afford to just up-front issue refunds. We wish we could but, that is not realistic.
The buyer in many instances can file the claim themselves through www.usps.com and also the buyer must keep all packing material, original box, and product damaged. Once a claim is filed it can take around 14 days or more for the Post Office to reach out to us, and you with further information. In many instances they will require the product brought into the buyer’s local post office to show the damaged product and packing materials. The postmaster will then submit the claim and we will both be informed on the decision.
If for some reason USPS decides against covering a damaged product, we will still stand behind our product and issue the refund to you so don’t worry. We just have every right to also be paid as well for our product that was damaged during transit.
The only way we will not refund for a damaged product is if the buyer throws the packing material, product, or box away before the Post Office Inspection, or if the customer fails to take the product, packing material, and box into there local post office. We will know if the buyer fails to complete the above tasks because the Post Office notifies us by letter.
If the product is shipped by UPS, or Fed Ex we will work with them during the process of initiating a claim. We will need photos of the damaged product, packing materials, and condition the box arrived in from all sides.
Please note we have now had to deal with UPS on a damaged item, and this process has many steps and procedures. It will require patience on the customer side and can take up to four weeks to resolve it and get payment to reimburse the customer on a loss. We are sorry it can't go faster but, big corporations have many steps you must jump through. All original packaging must be kept by the buyer and damaged product until a decision by UPS is made.
Once a decision is made and the claim is approved by UPS and we receive payment the refund will be sent back to you in the original payment method you paid us with.
Again, if for some reason UPS or Fed Ex decide against the claim, we will still refund you the purchase price but, we have every right to be paid for a product that left us in good shape.
If the buyer fails to comply with the above terms all requests for returns, or refunds will be voided.
