Here we have "Slam Scope" video game for the Playstation 1 game system. We recently tested it, and it worked fine. It is disc only in a generic plastic case. The physical condition of the disc has some scratches, but did not affect the playability of it. A unique game to play. We have given several pictures of the disc in play.
