All necessary connections are available to us to test this unit; it powers on correctly, and the disc tray opens. However, the television or AV jack does not output a signal, which may indicate a need for soldering or other repairs. Despite testing with two different televisions and AV cords, the signal only flickered briefly before failing. The exact issue and repair requirements are unknown. This item is sold as-is for parts or repair, and photos have been taken to show the power lights on and the disc tray open.
