Here is a Toro model 51750 Power Hoe & Cultivator weeder. From our research this product was made in 1981. It is electric, and a vintage gardening tool made to last. It shows normal signs of use, and wear. It does show some corrosion on the shaft as shown in the photos. Also, we did a video showing this working, and it will have some dirt on the bottom. We did clean it as best as we could.
