Here we have a "Uzzi" brand ladies winter vest. It is a mainly black with wite trim. This is a pre owned vest. We did notice the white neck collar is a off white color, and we are not sure if it is stained, or originally this color, but our opinion is that it is not stained. We have given close up pictures for you to decide. It seems to be in good condition.
