Here we have "Virtual Pool" video game for the Playstation Ps1 game system. It comes disc only in a generic plastic case. The front of the plastic case it is in has a crack. We tested the game, and it worked fine. The disc does have scratches, but they did not affect the playability of it. We have given several pictures of it in play.
