Here is "Zelda II The Adventure of Link" video game for the original Nintendo Nes game system. This is the harder to find gold release cartridge. The game has been recently cleaned and tested. This also has the battery in as well. This has a previous users name in place so it looks like at this time the battery is still working. This is being sold as battery not working though as it could stop at any moment, and would expect it would need to replaced.
