Tunez brand corduroy ladies shorts size 11 Vintage Made in U.S.A.

I have a pair of corduroy ladies shorts, and the brand is "Tunez". These are vintage, and where made in the U.S.A. They are made of 91% cotton and 9% Polyester. They are a size 11. I took some physical measurements. The measurements I got across the waist is 15 inches so they will fit a 30 inch waist. When I measured from the top down to the groin I got 15 inches. When I measured from the groin for the leg length I got 6 inches. The width of the bottom of the leg I got 12 3/4 inches.
