Shenanigans Ladies Sweater size large vintage

I have a "Shenanigans" brand ladies sweater. This was my moms sweater, and she has had it for years. It has just been stored away lately, and she gave it to me to sell. I believe it has shrunk some, and seems more like a medium to me. I have the measurements though which will help. From the very tip of the shoulder where the sleeve begins to the other side measures 16 inches. The sleeves are 24 inches long. The length of it from the collar down is 21 inches. I went over the sweater, and did notice 2 small issues. The right sleeve at the very end on the back side has a few small black marks "see picture ". The left sleeve at the very end has a small hole "see picture ". Other than the 2 things I mentioned I don't see any other issues, and are not huge issues, but I felt needed to be mentioned.
