Albert Price Ceramic Wedding Picture Frame Vintage 90s

Here we have a "Albert Price" ceramic small picture frame. It has a couple in the right corner which makes us believe this is a wedding picture frame.  We believe this was made in the mid 1990s. It is 3 3/4 inches tall.  It measured 4 inches wide when we measured across the front. It will display about about a 2 inch by 2 inch picture.  It would look nice on a mantle, or displayed. We did notice one small crack on the back at the top as shown in the pictures. Also the guy has a little paint loss on his hat.
