Bobbie Brooks ladies red shirt top size M Medium

I have a ladies red shirt/top made by "Bobbie Brooks". The shirt is in excellent condition with no issues noted. The size of the shirt on the tag says medium 10/12. I also took measurements of it and the bust measurement I got is 20 inches. The entire garment length is 24 inches. The sleeves are 14 inches long. I measured to where the sleeves attach. I took pictures of each measurement so please check those, and all pictures of it. This comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home. It has been recently washed, and stored in a plastic tote.
