This is "Codename Tenka" video game for the PlayStation 1 game system, complete with its case. The game has been recently tested and functions excellently. The disc's playing side has a few scratches, but they do not affect gameplay. The instruction booklet appears to have experienced some water damage at one point, with stains visible inside the front cover along the bottom as shown in one photo. Similar water stains are present inside the back cover along the bottom. All pages turn freely, and while the booklet remains functional, it is not in perfect condition.

We also took several photos showing the game in play, and condition of everything so please check that all out.
