Girl from Garden Figurine with Apple Basket Cute

I have a girl figurine. I believe this is maybe handmade, and vintage. It is marked "F27" on the bottom then someone else wrote "TG 87" in marker. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It stands 7 1/2 inches tall. The base is 3 1/4 by 2 3/4 inches. I have given several pictures of it so please check those out.
