Here is a Warner Home Video titled "Joan Rivers and Friends Salute Heidi Abromowitz Almost Live from Caesars Palace" on vhs video in a clamshell case. The video has been tested, and works fine. It comes in a clamshell case with some wear. The tape label also shows some wear as shown in the photos.
