Please note we have this game complete in original case with instructions, and artwork OR disc only. We actually didn't realize we had 2 right away so we decided to sell either of them for the same price. The complete game has more scratches on the disc, and the exact condition will be below. The game only the disc is cleaner with less scratches, and condition information will be below. We thought we would give a choice if someone wants to take time to do a disc clean on the complete one, or don't care about instructions and artwork and want a cleaner disc.

I have "NFL Head Coach" video game for the Xbox Video game system. It comes in it's original case with artwork and instruction booklet. The physical condition of the disc has some scratches. It works fine.

I have "NFL Headcoach" video game for the original 1st generation game system. The game comes in a generic plastic case that I slipped a piece of paper in the front of the game title. The game works good. The physical condition of the disc is in good condition with minimal signs of wear.
