Here is a Nintendo Wii OEM balance board. The balance board has been fully tested, and it works great. It will require 4 AA size batteries, and will need to be synced to your system by pushing the red button in battery compartment, and red button on your system at the same time. 

The balance board is used, and shows obvious signs of use such as scratches, wear marks, or small cracks. These are cosmetic issues only and don't affect function of the balance board in any way.
