Here is a fan Nozzle hose sprinkler head that is orange. It has a knob that you turn that will stop the water flow, or open it to flow. It shows obvious signs of use and wear. It is still useful though. We don't know who the manufacturer was.
The length of the sprinkler head is 6 1/8 inches by 4 1/2 inches wide for the head of the nozzle head.
