Pretty Tops brand ladies Blouse Top Black Tulip Design Vintage Size S Small

Here we have a vintage ladies top made by "Pretty Tops". It has a black solid color with a tulip style design to it. Unfortunately the other tag is faded so we don't know exactly what this is made of, or where it was made. We also don't know the size so we used the standard U.S. Apparel size chart. We used the bust measurement to come up with this being a size small. The measurements we got for this is 17 inches across for the bust, the entire length is 24 inches, the sleeves are 17 inches long. This we believe is made of silk. The sleeves are able to be tied shut as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately this blouse does have some loose threads along the bottom, and some damage as shown in the pictures. We where thinking the bottom 1/4 could be cut off, and the rest looks good. We thought someone may even want to repurpose the fabric. We felt it was a very unusual design, and someone would love it.
