Shabby Chic style white flower glass plate hand made

Here we have a beautiful white rose flower glass plate. We believe it was handmade. It looks like some kind of fabric was applied to the back of the plate. It was done very well. The plate measures 9 inches in diameter. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It would also look really nice displayed, or even possibly use it is up to you.
