Sharp Brand VCR VHS Tape Player Model VC-A5250U Has Issues AS IS Read Description

Here is a "Sharp" brand VCR VHS Tape player model number VC-A5250U that comes with remote control and operation manual. 

We tried to test this VCR, and it does power on, and rewind, and fast forward the tape. When you hit play it tries to play but won't. We do not service these and sell as we find them. Unfortunately, we don't know why it won't play. The remote control when we first hit the power but it turned the VCR on, but when we pushed power again it wouldn't turn it back off or do any other functions such as play, rewind, or anything else. The battery compartment on the remote at one time looks like it had some corroded batteries. It will come with the VCR and it may be able to be fixed, but we don't know. It comes with the original OEM operation manual.
