Here is a "Star D" brand Precision Tripod. This is the 130G tripod. It is in the original box. We are not experts on these tripods but, this looks to be complete and in the original box. It looks to use to have light signs of use and wear.

The Star-D Precision Tripod Model 130G is a vintage aluminum tripod designed for professional use. It features a pan-and-tilt head that allows for a full 360-degree rotation and tilting to a 90-degree angle. The tripod has adjustable legs with twist-lock mechanisms and rubberized feet for stability on smooth surfaces. Its maximum shooting height is approximately 70 inches, and it collapses down for portability.
We did take measurements of this and got a length of about 22 inches long when folded back down.
