Packaging:

  • New bubble wrap (large and small)

  • New poly bubble mailers (for books, DVDs, VHS, etc.)

  • Recycled boxes (sourced locally and marked to remove old labels)

Damaged Shipments:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Retain all original packaging.

  • USPS claims must be filed at .

  • UPS/FedEx claims require photos of the item, packaging, and box.

  • If a claim is denied, we will still refund your purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds

General Merchandise (Antiques, Vintage, New & Used Items):

  • Return Window: Up to 10 days after delivery

  • Misdescribed or flawed: We cover shipping both ways

  • Unwanted but correctly described: You cover shipping both ways

  • Items must be returned in the same condition

  • No returns accepted after 10 days

Electronics & Video Games:

  • Return Window: Up to 3 days after delivery

  • Misdescribed or flawed: We cover shipping both ways

  • Unwanted but correctly described: You cover shipping both ways

  • Items must be returned in the same condition

  • No returns accepted after 3 days

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid shipping label emailed upon approval

  • Ship items in original packaging

  • Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving the item

  • Additional processing time may apply (5–14 business days)

Southwest Michigan Sales L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
