Here is "Wayne Gretzky's 3D Hockey" video game for the nintendo 64 game system. The game has been recently tested and it works great. The physical condition of the game cartridge shows both the front and back label with considerable wear, and also the bottom right clip is broken as well and shown in one photo. These issues don't affect game play. We also took the game apart and cleaned the circuit board and took photos of it. We also took photos showing the game in play.
