Vintage silk? Ladies necktie unusual design

Here we have a very unusual ladies vintage necktie. We believe it is made of silk but, not 100% sure so no guarantee. It will need to be ironed out some. We are leaving that for the new owner. It also has some like gems, or glass not sure. A very unique necktie in good condition with no tears or stains noticed. It is about 18 inches long, and the widest point is about 4 1/2 inches.
