Cabinet Chair Screw Nut Unknown 23 total

Here we have a item we are honestly unsure what it is. I believe it could go on the bottom of something, and the one end it stands on. We have given several pictures of them so please check those out. If you know what they are also please let me know as I am baffled. You will recieve 23 of them, and a small metal plate is also included. The total length of them is 1/2 inch long.
