Here is "Ford Racing" video game for the PlayStation 1 game system. The game comes in case with artwork, instruction book, registration card, and game disc included. The registration card inside is loose so you know and is shown in the photos. We just placed it inside the instruction book. The front of the case does have one crack center far right as shown. The game has been tested, and it works great. The physical condition of the playing side of the disc has light signs of use. We also took several photos showing the game in play.
