Here is "Open Water" movie on DVD. This is the widescreen version. The DVD comes in case with sleeve artwork. The front of the case bottom left plastic show damage, Also the back side just to left of UPC has a small slit in the plastic and along left edge center. The DVD has been recently tested, and it works great.  The physical condition of the playing side of the DVD has some light scratches.
