The artwork front top left has a small tear, and also the bottom right corner small piece missing as shown in the photos. Also, the back side along the bottom shows wear. The DVD has been recently tested, and it works great. The physical condition of the playing side of the disc looks pretty clean and only noticed a few very small scratches.
