Beagle dog hand painted design collector plates set of 2

Here we have a pair of collector plates that picture a beagle dog design in a metal plate holder. The plates where hand painted. We don't see any chips, or cracks to the plates. The plates measure 7 inches in diameter. When they are in the metal holder the diameter is approximately 11 1/2 inches in diameter. The paint does show some wear in spots.
