The Wicked Witch of Middle East Souvenir novelty card

I have a novelty card that pictures Osama Bin Laden, and says "The Wicked Bitc* of the Middle East". On the back it says if I only had a heart. This card really represents the sentiment of people in the country just have the terrorists attacks in 2001. The card was made shortly thereafter in 2002.
