Here is "Tower of Doom" video game for the Intellivision Video game system. The game comes in original box. Unfortunately we don't have the instruction manual.
The box does have some creases and normal signs of wear. When considering the age of the box we would say it is in good condition. The game cartridge also looks clean as well. The label does show some wear though.
