Womens Ladies V Neck Vintage Flower Floral blouse circa 70s

Here we have a ladies vintage V neck long sleeve blouse. It has a rose floral and flower design. The blouse has definately seen better days. There is a tear along the top left shoulder which is about 2 inches, and shown in the pictures. It also has some loose thread here, and there. Also it has some bad damage along the lower 1/4 of the blouse. We where thinking someone may want to cut that off, OR reuse the fabric for something else. We also noticed a small tear in the back along the top. Unfortunately this does not have any tags so we don't know who, or where it was made. We believe it is made of silk. We took measurements, and got 21 inches for the bust. The length of it is 24 inches. The sleeves are 22 inches long. When we used the bust measurements this looks like it is a size 16.
