Native American Indian design center picture blue fringe 4X6 Rug

Here we have a beautiful Native American Indian Chief design 4X6 area rug. We consider this as one of our thicker area rugs. The actual size of the rug is 44 inches wide by 68 inches long. The rug is new old stock, and has never been used. It has only been stored away. Unfortunately the fringe in one spot is loose, and damaged as shown in the pictures. Also we noticed a small stain on the top side of the rug, but believe it could be cleaned. It would need some willing to fix the fringe damage, and a little cleaning to make this perfect again. It would make a wonderful addition to a western themed decor. Unfortunately I don't know the exact material that was used during manufacturing of this rug as it does not say.
