Here is "Slayer" movie on DVD. The DVD comes in case with sleeve artwork. The case and artwork are both in good overall condition but did notice on the back side far right just to the right of the upc code there is a small tear in the plastic which can be seen in the photo. The DVD has been recently tested and it works great. The physical condition of the playing side of the DVD has a very few light scratches.
