Toy cannon wood look wheel frame set Unique made of resin

Here I have a very unique item. It looks like it is made of wood, but it is not. I believe it is resin, but only my opinion. It does not have any marks so I don't know who or where this was made. I believe this is the wheels for a cannon, or maybe some type of wagon. It has small holes in the one side, and small prongs on the other for it to easily go together. I did feel a little sticker residue on it. I though someone may want to make this into something unique. It looks to be in good condition witn no issues noticed. The total length of it is 6 inches. The width when measuring at the wheels I got 3 inches. The height I got 2 3/4 inches.
