Water Glass Coffee Tea Glass Cowboy rodeo leather holder Unique Vintage

I have a water, tea, or coffee cup with handle in a leather holder. The leather cup holder has a cowboy rodeo type design on it. It is really unique and I strongly believe vintage. The glass, and leather holder are both in good condition. The glass has no chips or cracks. It stands 3 1/4 inches tall. The opening is 2 3/4 inches diameter. The base is. 3 1/4 inches in diameter.
